Day 1 :

Arrive at Bombay Airport at 8:30 AM to board the flight 6E 449 at 10:35 AM. Complete check in procedure and board the flight .Arrive at Srinagar airport at 1:35 PM.Check out from flight , collect your baggage & proceed to Sonmarg Arrive at Sonmarg around 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Dinner in restaurant & Stay in Wilderness Camp Tents.

Day 2 :

Early morning at 06:00 a.m.Proceed to Baltal Helicopter Station.Stand in que to board the helicopter. Proceed to Shri.Amarnath cave by helicopter land at Panchtarni & proceed to caves by walk or horse (On your own cost –approx distance 06 km.one way ).Take darshan & come back to Panchtarni to board the helicopter for return journey at earlist.(Please note last helicopter from panchtarni to baltal is at approx. 5:00 p.m.)Reach baltal & proceed to tents.Dinner in tents & Stay in Wilderness Camp Tents.

Day 3 :

After breakfast proceed to Srinagar at 9:30 a.m. Reach at Srinagar by 1:30 p.m.Check in to hotel.After lunch half day local sighseeing at Srinagar . Visit Mughal Garden , Nishant Garden , Shankarachary Temple , Overnight dinner at hotel & Stay at Srinagar Hotel .

Day 4 :

After breakfast proceed to Gulmarg. Full Day Excursion To Gulmarg. Spend The Day Sightseeing The Picturesque Locales. Also Take The Exhilarating Cable Car Ride To Khilanmarg Snow Point (Gondola cable car charges & Horse ride cost is not included). End The Day With A Return To Srinagar, And Check in to Houseboat. Overnight Stay at Srinagar Houseboat.

Day 5 :

After breakfast check out from houseboat at 9.30 am. Two Hours for shopping and proceed to airport at 12.00 am. Reach at Srinagar Airport to 12.30 p.m(6E 559 at 15:20) & Catch the flight . Please note Srinagar airport is very strict in terms of baggage check in and check in process takes time so we need to reach there atleast 2.30 hours before the flight time. Once the check in process is complete all passengers need to go at baggage verify area to identify your baggage, once you identify your baggage airport staff will put baggage identified tag on your baggage and then only it will be loaded to the aircraft. If you do not identify the baggage after check in procedure your baggage will not be uploaded to the aircraft. Tour end with Sweet Memories…!!!

Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc.
We shall not be responsible for escallation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control, hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES –

Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date 30% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date : 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date : 50 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 29 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour / service cost.
